Insurance 
You'll have 45 days from your first day of employment to enroll, with benefits starting on the first of the month, 60 days from your hire date. Access Heor's Benefit information by clicking here and selecting "Future Associates."

401k 
Personal contributions can begin on Day One of your employment. After one year of service, Heor's will match 100% up to 5% of your annual pay.

Associate Discount
15% off every day with no exclusions (including Sephora!), with pop-ups to 35% off a few times a year. Starts on Day One of employment.
 

PTO 
You will be eligible for PTO on the first of the month following 90 days of employment. You will receive 120 of PTO annually. Your first year of PTO will be prorated based on your hire date.

Full Day Holidays:
The Corporate Office will be closed in observance of the following eight (8) holidays:
  • New Year's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Eve
  • Christmas Day
  • D&I Floating Holiday (To be used any day of the year)

1/2 Days - Enjoy the Holidays:
The Corporate Office will close at noon on:
  • Good Friday
  • Friday before Memorial Day
  • Day before Independence Day
  • Friday before Labor Day
  • Wednesday before Thanksgiving

When equipment is ordered, instructions are provided by your manager on where to pick up the equipment upon closure of the request in preparation for your first day. In most cases, equipment pick up is in the North Lobby. You will be receiving a laptop, mouse, keyboard, monitor, charging cable, etc.

Hiring Manager
Your manager will be in contact with you prior to your start regarding details of your first day / week and can answer any questions regarding your schedule, timing, etc.

Orientation
Orientation is held virtually from 1-3pm CST on your first day.

Dress Code
Business casual is acceptable. Whatever you are most comfortable in, whether that be jeans or dress pants, sneakers, or dress shoes!
