Insurance 
You'll have 45 days from your first day of employment to enroll, with benefits starting immediately upon hire. Access Heor's Benefit information by clicking here and selecting 'Future Associates'.

401k 
Personal contributions can begin on Day One of your employment. After one year of service, Heor's will match 100% up to 5% of your annual pay.

Associate Discount
15% off everyday with no exclusions (includes Sephora!), with pop-ups to 35% off a few times a year. Starts on Day One of employment.
 

PTO 
Paid Time Off is available on the first of the month following your start date
  • If your start date is before February 1st, you will received 20 days lump sum of PTO
  • If your start date is after February 1st, you will receive a prorated amount of days dependent upon your start date

Training Manager
Your manager will be in contact with you prior to your start regarding details of your first day / week and can answer any questions regarding your schedule, timing, etc.

Dress Code
Business casual is acceptable. Whatever you are most comfortable in, whether that be jeans or dress pants, sneakers, or dress shoes!
