Application

To ensure you're applying to your preferred location, simply confirm the address listed in the job description.
- Monitor the email you used when you applied. We'll send you updates and info on next steps soon. Don't forget to check spam and junk folders.
- Check the status of your application by logging into the account you created when you initially applied.
If you applied to a corporate or field leadership position, you'll be contacted directly by a recruiter if you are determined to be a fit for one of our open roles.
- Start on the homepage of your candidate account
- Locate the link that states "Forgot Password"
- Enter the email address that you used to create your candidate account
- You will then receive an email with a link to reset your password
Here's a few helpful hints when choosing your new password:
- Must contain at least 8 characters
- Must include at least one of each of the following
- lower and upercase alphabetic character
- numeric character
- special character (e.g. ! @ $)

If you are not a former associate
- Start on the homepage of your candidate account
- Log in with your email and password
- Scroll down to My Account on the right hand side, select the Update Contact Information button
- Edit the appropriate fields and select OK
If you're a former associate
- Update your contact information by accessing your myHR Portal
- Navigate to myhr.heors.com
- Select Alumni, Spouses & Domestic Partners
- If you are a new user, select "New User" and fill out the appropriate sections
- Once logged in, select the "Verify Personal Information" tile
- Here you'll be able to update your phone number, email address, name, etc.
- Click here to login to your candidate account using your username and password
- Locate the My Tasks section. Here you'll see outstanding tasks.
- Click Start
- Follow the instructions to select an Event Date

If your interview date is in the future

- Under My Scheduled Events, select the blue hyperlink
- Then select the Reschedule Event button
If your interview date was in the past

- Click the Start button on each offer document listed

If you have not received the confirmation email with first day information and your Orientation date is in the future
- You may reschedule yourself using your original scheduling link (from your orientation email)

- We ask that new hires make every effort to keep the original orientation date and time they selected as we cannot always guarantee a reschedule.
You’ll need to bring :
- Emergency contact information
- Bank routing and account number to set up direct deposit of your pay
- Documentation for the I-9 verification process, please see the I-9 acceptable documents form attached to your offer letter
- Minors Only: You may be required to bring in a valid work permit. Not having valid documentation may prevent you from starting to work, including attending orientation. Please contact your store manager if you’re unsure.
Once you've scheduled your first day, you'll be contacted by email or from a recruiter with more details on what to wear, where to go, and what to expect.
Dress Code Guidelines:
Tops
- You have wide discretion in choosing the color, style, type, manufacturer, and material of your top. Non-graphic t-shirts, polo shirts, dress shirts, sweaters, long sleeves, and short sleeves - whether collared or collarless - are all acceptable.
Bottoms
- Denim jeans, capris, skirts, or business casual pants of any color
Casual or Active Footwear
- Active (athletic/tennis), casual, fashion or open-heel shoes
